Mercedes did the catering for my wedding! My guests were so impressed with not only the quality of the graze table, but also how beautifully put together it was! The food was so delicious and the service was spectacular. She was so kind and made my new husband and I a separate tray to make sure that we had plenty of food when we were finished with pictures. We ate on leftovers during our honeymoon and still loved it all. I will absolutely be using The Salami Mami for future events!
